By accessing or using AlgoForge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. All prices are in USD.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute problem content
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Do not submit malicious code to the code execution sandbox
• Do not share account credentials or circumvent seat-based licensing

5. Intellectual Property

All problem content, solution explanations, and platform code are owned by AlgoForge, Inc. Your submitted solutions remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a limited licence to display them for your personal learning record.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (e.g., passing interviews). AI-generated hints may contain inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoForge's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
